Dedicated Support Coordination
Providing quality Level 2 Support Coordination as per the NDIS Price guide, servicing the Canberra and Queanbeyan region.
Our coordinators have over 15 years working in the disability field and have a wealth of local knowledge and contacts.
Our team will help you to make the most of your NDIS package. We have partnered with Annie Curtis Consulting to operate as a fully registered NDIS provider. We work with all types of people living with all types of disabilities to help you access needed supports and stay on budget.
Client mentoring services
Providing direct support to participants in a once off or ongoing basis around an identified goal such as employment, education or other. Mentors will work with you for an agreed period of time to achieve your goals with added support above and beyond standard care support services. This will be delivered in line with your NDIS plan under core supports.
